Grammy Award-winning artist Tems has successfully concluded the first edition of her initiative, The Leading Vibe Initiative (LVI).

The event, held in Lagos on August 8th and 9th at Amah Studios and GAIA Lagos, brought together 20 young women in music including producers, artists, and songwriters for a hands-on, high-impact experience, focused on creative collaboration, industry mentorship, and professional development.

The Leading Vibe Initiative is a platform founded by Tems, to empower African women in music through access, mentorship, and real opportunity.
