It’s official! Tyla’s sophomore album A-Pop is coming this summer.

The Grammy Award winning artist revealed this in an interview after winning the Best African Music Performance award at the 2026 Grammy Awards, defeating Nigeria’s biggest exports — Burna Boy, Davido, Ayra Starr and Wizkid — in a fiercely contested category.

Tyla tagged the album ‘A-Pop’ making a fan to quiz the reason behind the title of the album.
